WHO WE ARE
Escúchanos! is an organization committed to amplifying the voices of the Latinx Community. It is a space created to listen to the stories of, immigrant and natural born citizens, young and old, documented and undocumented.
We also seek to empower the Latinx community by providing safe spaces to learn together, grow in awareness of the social, political, and religious issues. We want to understand the problems our community faces to work toward solutions, provide support and assistance in tangible ways and lend our prophetic voice to the current moment.

We believe that telling our stories is a powerful tool for amplifying our voices and inspiring others.
One of the ways we do this is through Latinas Fenomenales. A soon to be released series of short videos showcasing Latina women who are advocating and serving others in their every day lives.

Escúchanos is dedicated to making a positive impact by providing safe spaces to come together to support one another and heal in community. We are committed to empowering Latinos so we may thrive and live full and healthy lives.
ADVOCACY &
ACTIVISM
At Escúchanos , we believe in living out our faith This means walking out Proverbs 31:8-9 "Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves,
for the rights of all who are destitute.
Speak up and judge fairly;
defend the rights of the poor and needy."
END FAMILY SEPARATION
We believe that the zero-tolerance immigration policy adopted by the current administration, which has resulted in the separation of thousands of migrant children from their parents is an inhumane, cruel and unnecessary violation of human rights!
As people of faith, our mission is to bring an end to policies that inflict such trauma, and pain on families already suffering the effects of violence and poverty from the countries they are fleeing.
Through partnering with organizations that are advocating for migrant families and supporting legislation to reunite families and close detention
centers we believe we can bring an end to this injustice.
